Filebrowser feature for Media Library
This plugin will add your Media Library an explorer-like filebrowser feature, it recognizes hard drives, audio and mp3 (data) disks, removable drives (memory cards, pendrives, and most of mp3 players), and network drives. You can also add shortcuts of specific folders (e.g. your music folder) to the drive list for reaching them fast. You can copy/move files to a drive by dropping it to the tree. Nice Media Library Plugin
This plugin gives you the power to explore music on your local harddisks, flasdrives and CDs like you would do in Windows Explorer. The plugin also features folder mapping, so you can stick your favourite media folders as top level elements in the Media Library.

Good effort -- has bugs...
I was impressed with the file browsing features and appearance, but it doesn't play well with other plug-ins. It crashed Winamp when I switched to visualizations, and eventually locked up my OS (XP2). When I uninstalled TUMLP, all was good again.
